UK Post and packaging costs:

Under £50 - £1.50

Over £50 - FREE

We post UK orders Royal Mail 1st Class to ensure they reach you as soon as possible.

International orders:

£5

We send international orders via Royal Mail, please allow up to 10 working days.

At Threads of Adventure we are always looking to help protect the environment, we send our items out in cardboard boxes and plastic-free packaging.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us to return and refund the item. These must be returned within 30 days of purchasing. These must be returned like new and in original packaging.

If an item is faulty and is not caused by general wear and tear, then you have 6 months to return to get a refund or exchange.

Proof of purchase is required for any returns or refunds.
